The Vice President (VP) – Investment Banker is responsible for leading deal execution, managing client relationships, and providing strategic advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and financial restructuring. The VP plays a crucial role in originating deals and overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with a focus on M&A, capital markets, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
- Proven track record of leading successful deals and managing client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
