- Serves as a SME for resolving complex production support issues and enhancements;

- Conducts ticket procedure calls with clients within specific area of expertise;
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience on integration with other Oracle PaaS services including APEX / JCS / VBCS .
- Expertise in APEX Reports and Custom Page creation, Apex conversion, Page composer, Oracle maintenance tools and best practices processes.
- Experience on integrating the VBCS Pages with Cloud application and Good experience with OIC Adaptors, WSDL usage in OIC.
- Managing web page layouts with APEX templates and themes.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Java Cloud Service (JCS), Java Cloud Service – SaaS Extension (JCS-SX) and Oracle Cloud ERP extensibility and customization
- Thorough hands-on experience on SQL and PLSQL (on any RDBMS Source).
- Able to troubleshoot the defects on custom pages, web services, reports and JCS customization
- Should have good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation.
- Understanding of the flow of data between ERP and Data Warehouse.
- Strong technical skills around OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion.
- Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

Preferred Skills:
- Hands On experience in integration with other Oracle PaaS services including APEX / JCS / VBCS .
- Should be well experienced with OIC and orchestrating complex integrations
- Strong experience in writing SQL Queries and PLSQL Programming.
- Expertise in using FBDI and ADFDI templates in Oracle .
- Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
