Job description
- Study the zonal market and strategic short term and long-term growth plan for Hospital Lab business.
- Total responsibility and accountability of revenue & growth through on-boarding Hospitals as
- Hospital Laboratory Management partners
- Funnel creation and enrichment
- Meet key clients and channel partners to take market feedback and increase engagement levels
- Provide marketing support to Hospital business team i.e. New test addition/ new campaign drive/
- Implementation of market feedback to design business strategy
- Develop and manage annual operating plans and ensure expenses are controlled as per allotted budget.
- To conduct review meeting and presentation to the management on Business strategy at regular intervals
Key Functional Requirements:
- Should have on-boarded at least 10-15 Hospitals as Hospital Laboratory Management partners for the diagnostic players in India.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Successfully and consistently meeting and achieving or exceeding targets
- Ability to drive HLM from plan to close independently with minimal assistance Should have had successful record of achieving business targets.
- It is an Individual contributor role
